Turn to ON. Place the treatment on the back of the hand. Tap with the brush and apply evenly to the roots. For lengths, warm a nut in the palm of the hands and apply wicks to wicks. Turn OFF after each use. Do not rinse. Rinse off in case of eye contact External use.
